our landlord’s a/c repairman installed a heat pump thermostat in our itty
bitty duplex…we don’t have a heat pump and we told the a/c guy that the
heat was not working and he told us to use the emergency heat option
instead…needless to say he was wrong and we received a $298 power bill!
it’s supposed to be replaced tomorrow…by the way, I live in Tallahassee.
