For smoothing it with water, make it rather soapy with dishwashing soap –
then you can do it with your fingers directly.
hey fupabox.. i have a question for ya. im thinking about picking up a 90s
400E/E420. if I was to pick up a decent example, should working on it
myself be difficult? I do know about the harness issues with the insulation
and the cam oilers causing ticking.. i really haven’t worked on a V8
before, and I don’t have a lift just a driveway and jackstands lol. i was
just wondering if you have some tips for me for the w124s. thanks!

professional around here that returns my calls to fix it, so I am gonna try
