I watch in between your channels Ray to South Main Auto. You guys are doing great in diagnosing, repairing and maintaining cars in good conditions. Glad to see you won't shy away from MB/Jags and other luxury cars out there. I'm sure with your expertise, skills and all the tools you use will make you work much manageable. And most of all, you guys are honest in you car service dealings with the customers for reasonable fees. That's why they keep coming back to you and with referrals too.

There is nothing more expensive than a cheap used Mercedes. I own a 2006 E350 from 22k miles know first hand. Also seeing all those leaves gives me anxiety, it only takes a couple to plug up the drains then you start getting water sitting in those recesses, im in So cal and mine is garaged so I dont have that issue

Ray question, Did you buy your Matco double bay box used? When I had to stop working cause my back went bad at Sears countryside I sold my Matco doublebay box with hutch and matching service cart from my house in Oldsmar. Anyhow have a Merry christmas and May GOD bless you and your family always

The only downside to the low profile floor jack is you can't do the " flip roley walk trick " like the regular profile ones cause it'll bottom out at the front.
Only reason I thought that the wipper arm may be loose on its mount was I drove my Subaru far too long thinking the transmission failed. Yep , it was just loose.
I have a shop vacuum that works much more efficiently timewise for removing leaves etc! My theory is find a problem, fix that first and re-evaluate. If action did not fix, then disassemble/investigate further. In this case, it would have saved the customer some labor charge.

Well, it may have been a "rookie" mistake, but it was a chance to get all those leaves out of the cowling. If it is anything like my Mercedes built Chrysler, it means you won't have them rattling around in the heater fan in a few months. I can't watch Scotty Kilmer for more than two nanoseconds. Don't start copying him. Thank you for taking the time to align those wipers with the witness marks. One spline off means the wipers hit, at least on my van. You've got Johnny Nash going through your head (I can see clearly now…), I have the Hippy Hippy Shake with that dancing passenger side wiper. Yes, shops take advantage of customers when they have them over a barrel. When you find a good mechanic, treat him well, stay loyal to him, spoil him a little, never leave him as long as he's in business.
You dont need your hood tool, just open the hood all the way, then the security bolts hold it (just look for a video how to open a mercedes hood until it’s vertical)
