Front driver side mirror moves left and right only, no up and down, front passenger side mirror moves up and down only, no left or right.
Testing with an OBD scanner for CANBUS shows the the drives side mirror adjust wheel is sending signals correctly.
Could it really be the motors are only working in one direction each, they don’t even try or make any noise in the non working directions each, I have a spare motor so can test but wanted to cross check if I am thinking along the right lines or if there is somewhere I need to be looking? Thank you

I have an 03 S430 that recently lost power to all front passenger side controls (seat heat, adjustments, window, sideview mirror close and the soft closing door!)
How would I dianose this to the DCM? I've tested the fuses and they are fine

Hi Keith hope you all doing well. I need some assistance, i have a 2008 C300 W204 i am having problems with the Hazards/ESP switch non functional at all! as well i am having problems with the main lights switch that controls parking lights/fog lights and automatic lights, this switch is as well non functional i checked out the fuses and they seem to be ok. I aswell bought a new 4 signals/ESP switch on Ebay i replaced it and it still does not work. Any ideas or help is much appreciated. Thank you Keith.
