The headliner cloth once became a nightmare on my beloved 1998 CLK320. I tried to fix it twice but both "so called specialists" turned out to be crooks, nowadays whenever I go to buy a car, I first look at the headliner, if it's sagging, I run away without lookin' back …. I'm so glad it worked out well for u, had I been so lucky, my CLK would probably still be around. Many thanks for sharing this content!

I wish Mercedes would have used better glue/material! Some W124's have a different roof liner that doesn't sag. Mine sadly does… I hope i will have the courage to start this huge job, it is even more work than i thought. Thank you Hervé!
