thing that video shows is that even a person who does it everyday has
problems and not to give up.. It was a learning lesson!
Pete I had the same problem with the paint giving me a #$%^ing hard time on
a Chevy 1/2 ton truck and it was white of all things.. I was about to burn
that piece of shit down to the ground after my 5th try but instead I called
an old timer paint buddy of mine and he told me to use some glass cleaner
like Windex to wipe it down with and then use a some solvent for final
perp. Sounded like BS to me but I was willing to try anything so I thought
what the hell can’t hurt to try.
This is why I asked you if I could pick a few of your vids out and let my
customers see them Pete. So they could see all the work it takes to
actually fix rust, dents, and all that bs. I have actually had fewer jerks
like yours since then, I even had one customer tell me he didn’t realize
the time that goes into rust repair (I had him watch the roof repair vids
on the Chevelle because I had a similar repair on his) Anyway take it easy
Pete no need for apologies but thanks for keeping us up to date. Great
work. Good lesson not to give up, anything is possible if you put your mind
to it.

the jacket. I also notice you were a 2nd class in the navy and a hull tech,
I was a 3rd class and a (cm) with the seabees. did you do paint and body
before the navy? anyway love these videos.

and i want to paint my 1974 toyota hilux the whole bed is rust it has
wholes the whole deal i found it mowwing the lawn and i wanna drive it and
i was wondering what gun to use and what rate it should spray at and such

@theelectronman Well it fixed my problem paint didn’t blister at all. I did
some research on what the deal was and apparently paint solvents won’t
always remove organic matter like bird droppings or tree sap where alcohol
based products will. You might give it a try next time you run into one of
those pigs that just dont want to take paint.
its a bummer this fucker wouldnt let you film him and talk to him like you
do to everybody,maybe that car was your karma.i’m just joking but i know
what it is to deal with a guy like that who dosent see the extras you just
put in his car….it just tells me that next time , THERE IS A PRICE FOR
