I am not sure what power they would have tapped into to feed the amp but by
doing that it doesn’t give your amp a dedicated circuit. You can tap into
the speakers to give the amp the audio but I still don’t think that it
splits the sound well. If you do it that way the sub only plays what ever
audio the speakers would play.

If you watch from 5:10-6:07 it shows you how to gain access to the battery
and the area that I ran the cable. I am not to sure what you are refering
to by “include the rear”.

Orlando Cooper says:

hey dude, how did you install to the battery? Also, include the rear….
thanks

Alfred Dunhill says:

Great video man! But I seen other installations where folks just cut some
rear wires to make it feed to the amp. I also recall my Audio guy did
nothing in the front and basically shared whatever power was going to the
rear to give my amp and sub juice. But the way you’re doing it is probably
the correct way to give real power. I didn’t catch your front installation
wiring to the battery wanted to see that

Hey thanks for the vid it really helped me out a lot. Where did you tap the
remote wire into though?

PepsiManKolt says:

I am glad it helped. As for the remote wire, I stripped the end abought
3/4″ and wrapped it around one of the pegs in fuse position 76. I haven’t
had any issues with it at all.

thanks….
