I don’t have the part #s.. I have thousands of LEDs I have been buying and experimenting with for years ,so I lose track of what came from where…I order from ebay..they’re inexpensive and you can get 10 for the same price you could buy 1 for in an auto parts store..if you could even find a store that carries them..never hurts to have extras because they sometimes burn out..rarely,but it happens..just mahe sure they are smd leds..the more smds on the bulb the better

there are a bunch of small square plugs along the very top of the plastic trim panel…pop those out with a small flathead screwdriver and then the top trim comes right out
T10 CREE LEDs will be even brighter..make sure not to exceed 3-4 watts..they will be too hot and may melt something…

Thanks for the video. I was going to need to do one of these eventually. How do you remove the trunk liner along the trunk lid where the plate is? I got a stripped bolt on my 97 w202 on a plate I’m going to need to remove sometime soon.
