The Stiver says:

Sure enough, even though I removed that side cover as gently as possible
that coiled up spring exploded in my face haha. I lost the little center
piece that holds the spring but since mine doesn’t retract due to the
pretensioner being fired I probably should have planned on replacing this
anyways

Mark Smith says:

I don’t understand…..why not just trash this video and post a good one?

TheSwedishRebel says:

And what race is it? 🙂

fupabox says:

rewind all the way until it doesn’t wind anymore

TheSwedishRebel says:

Another great video! Cool dog 🙂 never seen him/her before 🙂 what is it
named? 🙂

KeithaEric Slaton says:

I’m still watching video, but is it really just the rewind to make to

KeithaEric Slaton says:

Oops, delete last. Will rewrite in bit

KeithaEric Slaton says:

Ok. Nice!!! I’m going to attack my seat belt now and put my original back
in hopefully!

fupabox says:

there is quite a bit of improved tension..as I stated the tension will
improve as you wind and retract a few times..it’s 23 minutes to cover all
the questions I will be asked if I leave a step out..I’m sorry you didn’t
find it helpful

fupabox says:

His name is Bailey..He’s a Cockapoo

fupabox says:

the white plastic centre piece should be upside down with the spring end
trapped under it and not visible then it can’t pop out…I had to mount the
spring on top of the white piece when I had it wound backwards as it was
the only way it would work..when the spring is flipped over the white piece
can only go on top of the spring end..then the spring will wind the correct
way

KeithaEric Slaton says:

I think there’s too much space between white plastic piece on spring and
the black cap? It keeps coming off. Think I could perm attach the two?

KeithaEric Slaton says:

How much are u supposed to rewind?

Jon Johnson says:

Is it me or is there absolutely no observable improvement in the tension of
the seat belt? And why on earth did it take 23 minutes to show absolutely
no observable improvement in the tension of the seat belt??? Surely you
could have shown the proper way to get absolutely no observable improvement
in the tension of the seatbelt and released us from the agony in under two?
