Does anyone know if possible to fix the issue with dimmed HID lights? The car is 12 years old already and the efficiency of low lights is around 60% vs new car headlights. I suppose lens cleaning can improve the situation. The lens seem to be "clowdy/muddy". Maybe the reflectors are dirty. The HID bulbs are new!
Overkill. Changed the bulb with one big fat hand. No tools. Wasn't that bad
