It’s attached to the nipple facing the nose of the car and then looks to
wrap around the battery and behind the fender. Thanks!

Hi, I have W124, the car runs fine but the car give me problem when I did’t
drive for two days or more. When car reaches on a certain temperature car
stops by it self starts back firing with brown smoke, but the car start
easily after giving good 45 to 60 minutes break. I don’t understand what is
the problem, even I had already changed the distributor cup. Can anyone
help me . Cheers

On my w123 the heater valve in the engine bay was leaking only when
pressure was built up (Driving the car under load). I found this out when i
used a garden hose at light pressure trying to clear out crud in from my
heater core.
