what is with the warning cancellers ???

Great video m8, wondered how the bumper comes off. Joe Xing it is to turn the high intensity current into the normal current. You can however connect the setup without the warning cancellers, but then you will have a build malfunction on the dash computer
what is warning cancellers do? do i have to instal that on?? please give feed back…..
