Most of the time a Cap is the best bet if they make them and if not either replace or break it up Fiberglass it and snd sooth and repaint is best Dashes are a pain..;-)

Yes that will add a more temp shine and never really hydrate it as much its so watered down but great i a pinch for a show and such..;-)

Yes Armor All will work Temp but a Silicone or other thicker solution is better..;-)
Have you tried tire shine products on these? They look like hard rubber.
I could t catch it what did you use ? wipenew is chemical based need to wear gloves can t breath it in

Heat guns do wonders as well 🙂 not recommended but hey it works :).
