… Bummer, bought the drawtite version. Hopefully their open-ended cross tube doesn't promote (extreme) corrosion. Looks like the curt is superior in this way as the cross tube is closed off on the sides
Best explanation out of all other hitch companies. I've watched other one's and this one is by far the easiest to understand.
Thankful for video but have to state this took over an hour on '17 model. I don't have a lift, and needed help holding/jockeying the hitch in place. Taping the washers was also a pain as any movement to fit would loosen so mind that. I would thread the forward most bolts then swing up the hitch to feed the wired bolts in last. If doing on a garage floor, I would suggest jacking rear up, then add strap to hold the exhaust pipe, but know the muffler has to drop a foot for sides of hitch to clear the muffler pegs, that would catch. Also, not everyone has access to that dampner puller-I sprayed some silicone on the pegs and they came off with prying/elbow grease. Again, helpful video but can take an hour or more and make sure you have buddy to help lift hitch why your thread the bolts.
Where cannI buy that ray gun?
I have 2016 cx5, uhaul only had class 1 hitch in stock, how much will a class 1 tow and is that strong enough for a trailer plus load
Confused. The 2016 CX-5 can support tow capacity of class 3 hitch or is this just overkill?
