More350Power says:

Is it the back lights on the dash that are going out on you ?

Joel Vargas says:

Hello nice video! My D1234 light on the dash are begin to turn off help me please. I have a 2004 mazda 3

MrStr8shooter says:

Art Senteno says:

arcdraw says:

More350Power says:

You are welome, thanks for watching !

dharmaboy75 says:

good vid. plus you uploaded this on my bday, thanks for the up.

madmacc040 says:

Yea those deep set plugs are a PITA. I’m with you on the ole school motors.

More350Power says:

That, i did do with my blow gun….. I had the coils and plugs out about a week before I did this video. I appreciate the tips, sometimes I do forget….. im used to the old school engines where you could actually get your hand in the spark plugs.

madmacc040 says:

Oh, forgot to add that you should blow out any debris from around the plugs before you remove the plugs.

More350Power says:

that is correct…. I have a bad habit of twisting the extension with my left hand and still holding the wrench with the right…. not a good habit.

madmacc040 says:

…what not to do when installing spark plugs.
Absolutely start all spark plugs by hand. Was always taught to use a piece of straight rubber hose to start the threads. Slight counter-clockwise rotation til you feel a drop then carefully thread the plug in clockwise. You strip out the threads in the block and you’re up $#¡+ creek.

More350Power says:

I was spinning it more by the extension than the ratchet if I remember correctly…. I appreciate the reminder, sometimes ya just…. forget lol

More350Power says:

I usually do, before I put the ratchet on…… dont know why I didnt on that one.

NETWizzJbirk says:

Start your plugs by hand!

Aussie50 says:

I think its a 2008 model, she’s done a few road trips up and down the east coast of Australia in it and its been a fantastic car, never faulted.

More350Power says:

That makes sense, I usually short the terminals and let it set for a while. I know I had to do it for longer working on a 1999 Cadillac with all the different computers it had. lol

More350Power says:

They seem to have plenty of room to work on them and they take a beating. What year is the Mazda 2?

Aussie50 says:

nice cars those are, mom has a smaller one (Mazda 2) and its a nice drive for a little hatch.

dosn’t look too hard to work on, up top anyway.

Aussie50 says:

same deal as my BM, except they recommend 5 mins to be sure. it drains the memory backup caps in the ECU’s and dash cluster

More350Power says:

It wasnt all that bad, some are worse. This one wasnt all that old and corroded. Ill change plugs and wires on your truck for you, love them engines!

mbyr31 says:

Wow!!! Looks so much damn easier than my truck will be…..LOL!!

More350Power says:

I disconnected both battery cables and held both the negative and positive ends together for approximately 45 seconds then re connected them. You can also use the odb2 diagnostic tool if you have one to reset the codes also, but I didnt have mine on hand. They both work!

More350Power says:

That name sounds all too familiar and I know I have not worked on any Kia’s.LOL That car might have had two of those on the back and this person worked up by a Kia dealer. Ill double check on that to make sure im not loosing my mind LOL!

towrecker says:

nexen tires , for one , but laugh your ass off before I say this , you have to buy them at a kia dealer , they have that tires for life crap , and they have this tire all to their self , but will sale them to you for 100 each, I will get you the exact tire info , they have 45k on them , and are about 1/3 tread left , and I have the alignment specs written down in the glove box , not sure if they will work for you though , hers is a 2.3L 5 speed , I played with used tires and found this out

daddytech says:

yeah i would have too, lots that i could do now days with an extra $127.00 myself

Greg Tagalog says:

how’d you reset the computer?

More350Power says:

Yea this one I remember chewed up the factory supplied tires in less than 20k miles. This car, rode like a truck, corners terrible almost like your gonna roll it at 60. What did you do to help fix it?

More350Power says:

Thats how this one is, but it isnt quite as bad when they got rid of the factory tires on it.

More350Power says:

It was an independent body shop that did it. The owner, oddly, didnt want to be bothered having the body shop reimburse. They are like, well it happens. I would have gone after them.

More350Power says:

LOL!!!

HappyTheHomo45 . says:

the one I drove had an automatic with a manual shift option, it was a pretty cool feature, but we got an inch of snow and I was sliding all over the road!

towrecker says:

manual trans makes them worse , if it is a speed car , just bend over and lube up for that repair bill ! , oh and they love tires too , find one that will not cup the hell out of them , I know a sorta fix for that , I came up with my own alignment specs , it helps …and they handle a bit better too lol

towrecker says:

it’s not like I hadn’t already done a video on that a33hole lmao !!
