Thanks for all the work on this series…that was a bitch of a job!!

blackshine007 says:

You took WAY TOO LONG to take that out. I’ll simplify it for you so you can
do it faster. Take out the battery. Unbolt the fuel rail and remove it.
Remove the two 12mm bolts holding the coolant bypass in and pry it out. Run
your knock sensor socket through the intake manifold with an extension and
break it loose. Stick your hand through the valley retrieve the knock
sensor and reverse procedure. Upon putting it back up, use RTV to hold the
spacers for the injectors up so they don’t fall. 40min

jcsrt8 says:

I just got a P0325 code for knock sensor malfunction and after seeing this
video, i would push this car in the fucking lake before I go through all of
that to change a gotdam sensor…………WTF.

Randy Berkowitz says:

@SuperPointlessDude It is not to bad. keep in mind that the t-belt has to
come off to do it. This car does not have an interference engine so if you
make a mistake on the timing all is not lost. Good luck and make sure you
have a shop manual.

John Foley says:

How hard is it to replace the piece of shit ABS module/pump.

Michael Behanna says:

Why remove everything you did to get to the Knock? Air/box and vacuum
lines?

Yuriy Volosyuk says:

it does not pass through

Yuriy Volosyuk says:
