One question… I have the same car but manual shift transmission and I don't have a remote it's just a regular key so my question is… if I buy the same remote as yours will it matter if I leave the transmitter blade on the remote and use my regular key?!

Those keys have batteries that wear out and you can replace the batteries I hope you knew that. It's one of those 'dime' batteries.
