michael dibiagio says:

Thank you worked mint

ksrmk says:

Wish I would have watched your video first. I unspooled the regulator. 🙁
These are great instructions. Thank you!

Steph Lienti says:

Can you please tell me where to get the parts?

Ben Harper says:

So I had an issue with the lock cables. I didn’t see your video at first if I had, I would have had an easy replacement. Do you sell replacement inner handle? I broke the one on my 2011 Mazda CVX-9 smh
Thanks for a great video

bigbobbyc718 says:

What happen if I did unspool the regulator, what the simplest way to fix it ? I replaced window motor on drivers side with zero issues, a few years later (today) I'm replacing passenger side and its a nightmare. Any help would be great.

Brenden Johnston says:

Great tutorial. Fixed my window. Thanks!

Greg Gelnar says:

Great video, your tip for the regulator saved me.

Sean Stokes says:

Hi there, My wifes CX9 is having issues with all four windows. You can roll them down, But they get stuck going back up and make a machine gun sound. I was told by our mechanic that I will need a 2 regulators and 2 power/regulator assemblies to fix all 4 windows. W/ labor it came out to $1100. But after watching your segment here, It seems like all I need to do is replace the gear in all of my motors?

Al Di Jorio says:

Quality video. No nonsense. No BS. Just straight forward instruction. Bravo.

Frank Lategano says:

What can you use to keep the window up if you don’t have a suction cup?

Nataija Brown says:

I have a question, I have a 2010 model and every window besides the driver doesn't operate correctly, if you roll it down it gies back down on it's own and then does not roll all the way up it takes a few tries and then once rolled up it makes a loud revibrating noise which is of cornern. Does that sound like a motor has to be replaced in each door? Any assistance is appreciated! The video was very helpful!

NovejSpeed3 says:

Removing the speaker and holding the pulley from behind made all the difference with the motor replacement!

Tibby says:

Great vid, I can see that the car you are working on is the same as mine. Replacement parts on Ebay etc say years '07 to '14, do they mean to include '15?
My VIN Search pulls up '07-'16 "MAZDA CX-9 TB TBA 12/2007~07/2016 4 Door SUV 3.7 litre, CA V6 24v DOHC VVT MPFI {204KW} AWD,AT,[JAPAN]"
Are the gears all the same for the period '14, '15, '16?
Advice is really appreciated.

Ruben Mendez says:

My Regulator , wheel and wires, drooped down and right now I don’t know how many turns I need to repair it.

Gil Steiner says:

Few minor comments: I got confused by the comment on the window and the suction cup. How does this work? Also, when you release the harness behind the cover it's not clear what you're doing (even though I'm sure I can figure this out).

Jay Burrowes says:

GREAT video! I have a problem with both front door windows. They make a clicking, popping noise when it closes and the 1 click up/down doesnt work. Any suggestions on what could be the problem? Thanks in advance

Christopher Conant says:

I have a 2008 Mazda CX-9. I watched your great video on replacing the motor, but after doing-so, the window goes up, pauses, then comes back down. I've had the same issue with both sides. I tried the rolling down and waiting, then rolling up the window. By pulling the switch and feeling an extra click, it will go up and stay, but I have to hold it there for 6-8 seconds, hear a click, and then it will stay. Any suggestions? Thanks!
