You should probably redo this video or put in a comment about the 10mm bolt
you failed to mention.. if you pry too hard on the HU you can disturb or
damage the LCD connection between the faceplate and stereo causing the LCD
display to stop working correctly. This happened to me after watching this
vid and attempting to do the removal without addressing said bolt.

There is also a screw which you have to remove from the inside of the glove
compartment if not u are not able to remove the dash

this is awesome. what about the 10mm bolt on the right side of the radio
that you need to take the glovebox out to access? is that not present on
the 2005?

Theres definitely a a bolt you have to remove behind the radio via the
glovebox. I just did mine. luckily i did more research.

can you install a usb port into the stereo and where would i buy a new
mazda 6 cd play its the one i have wont play cds or load them keep going to
radio
