thankyou this video was informative. I took off my IAC valve and cleaned
it. the fog horn honk was lessoned but is still there. it went from full on
fog horn to a tiny sqeek. I guess I will have to buy a new one down the road
I will have to check and let you know,or how to fix thanks.

Why do you have another positive cable from battery? Is it going to the
starter ?
check the plugs or wires and clean the throttle body,thanks.
@Farzad697 inspect the belt, serpentine belt needs to be replace or use
some belt treatment.I also have a vid on serpentine belt thanks for
watching.

If it is making a horn like sound when you start it up then yes,you need to
read the code with a scanner.
