Quation for you. I have Mazda 6 and having problem with power delivery now and then. Has changede . Egrs, clenaed intake and changed air mas flow sensor, exhaust pressure sensor . Fuel presure regilator sensor . Still now and than it hasitates when I push it. No fault codes?
Hello, I owned Mazda 6 once with this engine and did the head gasket replacement myself in my garage – night mare, the pulley didnt want go off. At the end I did it with my father together, we took 2m long iron pipe and welded another 0.8 m pipe in 90deg angle, at the 0.8m pipe we fitted the 1/2'' adapter for 21mm socket. Important though was to secure the pulley – so i have to make heavy duty tool for holding the pulley mounted to the lower arm with the other end. I wish you truly good luck.
Get the work while you can. The shelf life on the Mazda 6/cx5 skyactiv diesel issues will dry up in the next 4 years and it will be time to figure out the next gen of cars that techs designed to fail. Your GF will be upset now but be understanding when work starts to slow up and you will have banked enough to have an excellent holiday while you make a game plan for the future. I am thinking the next generation of cars that will fail in mass with be Vauxhall and BMW series 1/2/3 and post 2018 Renaults.
My upgraded genuine seats are about £1 each from dealer no brainer good though you can have a laugh and then rectify it nice 1
