Dinski21, I just traced it to that spot, after moving some things around
was able to determine that was it. Off course after it it didn’t leak
anymore.

Marcos Frausto says:

@hendrixroger do i have to drain the coolant before…

Marcos Frausto says:

@henrixroger is it the same for a 2003…

henrixroger says:

Fraustmarcos, if its a V6 I dont think they are that much different from an
05, I’m pretty sure its same engine and set up, you will have to remove the
cover, but I’m pretty sure is the same.

henrixroger says:

Fraustomarcos, I didn’t drain the coolant you don’t have too unless you
want to do that though when I removed the sensor some came out so just
beware and if you do it that way put something underneath to collect
coolant And make sure engine is cool. Just post in here if anything I’ll
try to help as much as I can .

Marcos Frausto says:

@hendrixroger about how long does it take…

henrixroger says:

Fraustomarcos, It took me like 20 minutes if that, removing the air filter
box and duct was pretty easy, it was just matter of getting to the sensor
and removing it without braking it.

excellent video, made it very clear and visual Big PLUS!!… I have a 04
mazda 6 s v6 sport 5speed. and I’m also leaking coolant from the same area
as yours, but still can’t find the exact spot. How did you find the exact
spot? Please also put up more do it yourself video on these cars. It be
great if you can put up a video showing the engine diagram and naming the
parts that would be a big help to someone trying to fix their engine. There
isn’t any info out there on mazda 6 engine diagram
