Mike Murray says:

Your video is helpful. It would be more so with some narration of the steps instead of the music and a little heads up about how dangerous this job can be due to the high level of compression on the spring. You also failed to mention that both sides of the sway bar must be disconnected and the bar pulled down out of the way. If not the control arm will not lower far enough to remove the old spring. Do yourself a favor folks, jack up the entire rear of the car for this job and have several Jacks and stands. First one took me a while. Once I figured out the sway bar problem the second side took about 15 min.

Gio Sapara says:

It looks easy to replace it. Thank you!
