Rca will fit through the rubber conduit in the trunk. Lube the path with ky or shock oil. Tape the top of the rca to make a cone shape and seal. Pull fishing line through….tie to rca, tug on line and pinch conduit behind rca to work through. Did it, so it can be done
Two questions: 1) Why did you use the right backup light for powering the camera, bringing wire all of the way across the trunk lid, if the other backup light (on the left) was obviously much closer and had the same 12v? 2) Why did you have to cut the plastic housing of the camera? Is this because it didn't fit instead of the original backup light?
