I’m not sure how difficult the pcv or thermostat is, I have never replaced
them, sorry I cannot help you

next oil change. I did it about 6 years ago, but I’m not sure what the
mileage was back then

Well thanks to you now I know how to do the oil change on this car. I had
been told special tools were needed and you could damage the mount so I
never attempted it, but I’m going to give it try. I also heard replacing
the pcv valve and thermostat on this engine is unusually difficult. Thanks
for the vid.

Replace the rubber o-rings every time you change the oil. But fear not,
they come in a little baggy with the filter, so you don’t have to buy them
separately.
