Thanks Julio, very helpful indeed. As a qualified motor vehicle technician
with over 20 years experience I had never serviced one of these before. I
guess most people go to Mazda as my customer did previously. Initially, I
looked inside the engine bay, changed the oil, topped up all the other
fluids, checked everything else, then set about changing the plugs. Your
video proved very useful. Thank you. And consequently from my experiences
with my customer’s RX8, I’ve purchased one second hand myself. Wow they are
cheap, but they really move and are so tuneable.

Thank you (Gracias!!) Julio. I just bought a 2004 RX-8 for my son. I know
the plugs need to be replaced. The car had bad gas in it and was fouling at
6000 rpm. I ran a tank of premium through it with some cleaner and that
fixed it but I don’t know the last time the plugs were changed.
