I check a lot of woodworking handbooks. These one from woodprix are the best.
For my 2010 with a 2.5L I used a 5/16 or 8mm for the two cables and the hold down. My hold down is the newer style that bolts straight down on the engine side of the battery. It holds the battery down at the base with a plastic wedge. My cables are the original equipment so if yours have been changed then the socket or wrench sizes may be different if aftermarket were used. Hope this helps.
What size socket are you using?
I just replace both terminal end but I took off the plastic tube where the positive cable goes because it was getting on my way for the new terminal ,does it matter if it's on or not?
