Thank you so very much for this information. I work out daily, but I
recently hurt my lower back so I haven’t been able to do much. I couldn’t
even sit for a long period of time. Just doing this simple movement for 3-4
minutes has made my lower back feel better than it has in weeks. I’m a
college student so I can’t afford a chiropractor so thank you very much!

Great sitting technique tips. The best i’ve seen. I normally use a cushion
to sit on however after doing meditation a couple days every week i have
gotten a lot more flexible so soon i don’t think i’ll be needing it. A tip
actually for video maker, make sure when you’re giving instruction to never
give negative commands or negative suggestions such as “don’t let you
shoulders creep up” since the mind need to picture the shoulders creeping
up in order to make sense of the info. use only positive.
Perhaps have a look at her other techniques or maybe you need a warm long
soak in the bath to loosen the tension in your muscles first, either that
or get a willing friend with strong hands to give you a massage with Deep
Heat. You need to relax your mind and then your muscles will follow.
