Thanks for your videos.I was able to perform baddha padmasana earlier with ease. In between , I did not practice for sometime. Now I am not able to perform it .I practice kickboxing and hit bag regularily.Does this limit my flexibility?

Karthik Raj says:

I don't feel pain anywhere specifically. rather a kind of overall discomfort. Trying to meditate 10 mins in lotus posture, brings me a lot of stress and sleeplessness

Knee and length of the hips

eoin12345abc says:

Basically ankles are my problem. But it's not that my ankles hurt. It is that my ankle puts pressure on my thigh, and this pressure hurts my thigh and stops blood flow. If my left leg is on top, then the right ankle hurts my left leg, but my right leg feels fine. Also, in this case, I can put my right knee on the ground, but not my left knee. Any ideas? I am not very flexible in the lower back, but somehow I have always been able to enter into lotus no problem, as can both of my sisters. None of really stretch, so I think it might be some inherited trait.
