More tools for my yoga chest, great info thanks.
This is a great explanation. I don’t understand why people don’t just
alternate. It would at least give you more of a chance of not getting
injured. @mariussicone That’s just silly.
Beautifully explained! Thank u
I can’t help but wonder who’s been teaching all these Yogis to sit in
female Lotus position. There’s a profound difference, the male Lotus is
LEFT leg first, then RIGHT. Female Lotus is RIGHT first, then LEFT. Just my
two bits. 🙂
@TheAstroChild Wouldn’t it be best to practice both ways? I don’t know
because I cannot do this pose safely. But when I practice Ardha Padmasana,
I always sit both ways. Peace.

we venture on our paths. It all has value and is up to us to determine what
serves us.
is awesome
Wow you just described exactly what happened to me while doing lotus in
shoulderstand.
The young woman’s flexibility
another one who thinks he understand yoga, the real yoga is done by sadhus
for thousand of years ,this is bullshit for suckers
