Blasting with mild abrasive like dry ice or walnut hulls or powder or baking soda.What liquid was used to put it on?
Heat gun???
Compressed dark matter
Maybe pressure washer?
I'd rent a sand blaster, or a seriously high power pressure washer
Heat gun then try peeling?
