Hi kino, i was wondering what advice you have for someone with
oversupinated feet. unfortunately i was in over my head because i’m pretty
flexible in general and i forced my already flared out feet into lotus
position to meditate everyday. Within 2 months my feet became so
oversupinated that i wear custom made orthotics and i’m 19… simple things
like downward dog feels painful and misaligned and i don’t know if there
are any postures to correct this. I already learned a lot from my
impatience.. but thank you so much for any advice you may have! namaste :)
