Lotus Elise Track Prep | Oil Starvation | Cam Wipe Inspection | Brake Lines

More preparation for the Lotus Elise. In this video I address the oil starvation issue with a baffled oil pan. I inspect and replace the lift bolts in the 2ZZ-GE engine. I inspect the intake camshaft for cam wipe. Then I change the transmission fluid to mt90. Next, I replace the coolant reservoir, spark plugs, air filter, serpentine belt and the brake lines.

Touge Time says:

My 2zz came with broken lift bolts. Was a pain in the ass to drill out. Good thing you replaced yours. I also used a 1zz pan which has a windage tray but no trap doors. Great video!

Nice, looking forward to seeing this car on the track and future mods. I like how you are going stock first and doing coilovers later.
