Here is a fine example of a Lotus Elan that I did some cylinder head repair on that came by the shop for a visit. Notice the Cosworth BDA head upgrade – nice…

I ‘ve never seen a head porting video on your channel. Is it a top secret
thing or you don’t do it ? i ask you because you do a lot of things for
perfs on all parts of the engine but on the head i never saw it.
Awesome! 🙂
gee that sure looks like Rob’s car!
lets hear it run!
Hi John, Do you ever see any street driven Cosworth mk1 or mk2’s in your
travels? Just curious. Have a great video @ the top of my page of a Mk1
RS2000 hill climb.
Cosworth power! loving the BDA scream at 8000rpm
BDA now thats a rare head even over here! BDA heads were used in most of
the early ford motorsport cars i think even the F1 V8 used twin BDA’s. : D
@sglusman – It is!
@10mak01 We don’t have any Cosworth powered Fords on the road here,
occasionally at the track I will see one. Nice vid!
Love the front splitter!
I worked on a cosworth chevy vega once and was impressed with the car .
