Nice video. thanks, I will be getting one as soon as the factory battery wears out. It is slightly better practice to fit the negative charging wire to a ground rather than to the negative terminal of the battery, although it probably does not make any difference if it is not a lead-acid battery. Also for CTEK chargers you can get a nice charging port you can fit into the battery cover rather than a dangling wire – this also has a handy charge level LED indicator.
That's a great simple mod and I really appreciate you showing the details. Indeed, it's a little bit, but these little things adds up. I'll be doing this on mine as well.
i understand why you'd do the mod, but if lotus wanted a weight distrubution closer to 50-50, wouldnt they have installed the battery in the front?
LFP batteries are awesome!
