The Praxair $500 oxy/acetylene kit is a godsend. I'm working on my 2000 Freightliner century and my method for getting the bolts off that are near plastic or vinyl it's just shearing the 5/16 inch bolt by brute force with twith 18-in breaker-bars.
It is amazing on a big semi truck fastener stuff is so tucked away as if you're working on a Toyota.
