this only works if you have some plain type of plasti dip like matte white.
Anything more interesting like pearls and stuff like that would not be able
to fixed like this EVER since it would look worse after doing this by far

what is the point of masking off the area if the whole area is going top be
the same color? I would think any over spray would help blend the old
plasti dip with the new. I like you say no lines

vcdrny says:

nice video but I’m too lazy in a weird way. I f someone key my door I would
just peel off the entire door and paint it over lol. Yeah is more costly
since I would need more Plast Dip but that was my idea. The way you did it
is fine too I’m just too impatient and have a little OCD so I’ll probably
over spray it and end up with line lol. Still like your video nice stuff
keep it up.

theTokenSteve says:

Yup! Totally understandable. That’d be a great way of fixing it too; if you
still had gallons left over from the initial paint job it’d be easy to do
it that way. However, this method is pretty easy to do with the stuff you
can just grab from the hardware store.

theTokenSteve says:

It was pretty minimal; I thought the damage would be worse, but the plasti
protected it for the most part. If you removed the dip and wanted to clean
the paint up all you’d have to do would be to use a little polishing
compound on it.

albertemt74 says:

Good job. Very good explaining it so that we understand.

Dylan Prasad says:
