No a/c pressure lost at all its a easy process I was shown this method by 2
car stereo shops with over 50 yrs experience between the two. If u want u
can get some abs plastic and use a heat gun to bend to shape cut and sand
smooth then seal with a silicone adhesive.

hey nice video,I have a 2001 town car and a 2001 grand marquis and been
wanting to install double din stereos,and heard you need and 03 and up ac
duct to put properly,but since you cut the duck and put tape on it,how has
it been holding up? the ac still works? you haven’t lost air pressure? will
the tape last very long and I mean lonooog lol,waht about the ac vents in
the rear? no air loss? thanks
