another?

Thanks for taking the time to make this. I now have a much clearer idea of
how the method of shrinking works. I have tried various methods but missed
the theory behind it.
Would this work for panels warped from fire damage? Some people are
telling me that the “memory” of them metal is gone and can’t be bumped or
shrunk.
