Where did you buy your leds? I’m wanting to change my 03 Lincoln ls to all
red. I’ve got the audiophile 6 disc changer. Are the green bulbs being the
buttons changeable?

Marcos Santos says:

Tim Johnson says:

Thats good your a DIY guy.I’m glad i helped you as well friend. If you need
anything help on something im more then glad to help.

jiovanni12 says:

yes you have to remove the door panels

jiovanni12 says:

That’s good man hope you the best. On the window switches you just have to
remove the bulb. But when changing the bulb on the switches, it might be
hard to solder. so to make it easy, leave a short peace of the pin and
solder you new led to it.

Johnathan Faith says:

Ok. I’m going to attempt this tonight. Thanks for the info, friend. Did you
need to remove any green tint from the window switches, or just replace the
bulb? Thank you again.

Tim Johnson says:

to remove the green off the dimmer you need to peel back the decal and rub
off the green with paint thinner also the headlight switch and power mirror
switch will not be fully illuminated with a 5mm led like you said in the
vid.im the guy providing the kits on lvc 🙂

I am a DIY type of guy and I am going to try this on my LS even though I
never modded anything in my life, you have saved me hundreds of dollars. I
usually do sound systems and basic engine work but LED is a new era. Thanks
