Paul Klouda says:

Thanks! I replaced the resistor on my 2011 Lincoln Navigator which fixed the blower issue. However my symptoms were a bit different so I wanted to share for others. When the problem began, my blower would not work when I selected Automatic which set the blower to its highest speed. I believe I have a 7 speeds so I would not ever go beyond four bars. Eventually the blower failed at any speed initially, but would begin working after I drove for about 15 minutes. Finally, the blower would not start working at all. After replacing the resistor, all speeds work all the time!!!
