I have to tell you that that was a terrific video. Your explanation was very good and your wife's cinematography was terrific. One of the best done and comprehensive diy videos I have seen. I know when I try to do it and video it to teach others, I find it difficult to film everything because I'm so focused on getting the job done that I leave out steps in the video or don't get the filming correct.
