A video tutorial on how to start a 2011 – 2015 Lincoln MKX with a remote key fob that has a dead battery or is showing the error message “No Key Detected”.

If your remote key fob has a dead battery or is broken , you will see an error message of No Key Detected when you attempt to start your Lincoln MKX. The solution to this problem is to place the remote key fob that isn’t working in the transmitter pocket. The transmitter pocket is located in the center console. Once the remote key fob is placed in the transmitter pocket, you can start your Lincoln MKX as you normally would.
