1992-2008 Ford/Lincoln/Mercury "Panther" Curt Trailer Hitch Install

Having a trailer hitch has multiple uses, not just for towing but also makes for a better jack point for raising the car. But that’s not why I’m installing this. I need it to haul my trailers in case I can’t use my truck which will be a thing later on when I do the engine rebuild.

FLEETWOOD DEVILLE says:

FYI, I used to have a 98 CV and an 03 CV that I used for hauling engines back and forth to the machine shop. Removed the carpet, welded tie down hooks, a cradle under the bottom, and added airbags and it would perfectly fit 2 LSX longblocks side by side.

Can you make a 2nd part do you have to remove the license plate every time you have to tow something also put on the adapter to see how it looks thanks

Phillip Lawerence says:

Why is the video description for a Panther, but you're not doing anything with a Panther platform vehicle ? Looks like click-bait ? Makes me wonder what else is deception. The curt hitch is the cheapest Chinese junk hitch on the market, why endorse it ?

You are my inspiration. I have a 96. Sorry that you lost her.

Kameron Stout says:

Curt hitches rust really bad, my dads 08 ram curt hitch he had installed when new was paper thin by 2016

IDI Diesel says:

What happened to the F-350 CC?

Bladen Rexroth says:

Hope the 4bt gets intercooled and a veg conversion.

Alexander McKay says:

Are trailer hitches vehicle specific? If not, how do you chose? That looks, to my very untrained eye, quite a nice one.
