07-17 Expedition Front Window Regulator Replacement + Lincoln Navigator

07-17 Expedition Front Window Regulator Replacement + Lincoln Navigator

A Ford Expedition or Lincoln Navigator front window regulator replacement, applies to years 07-17. If your Expedition or Navigator window moves slowly or won’t open or close at all, it’s time to replace the regulator. The cables on the regulator are a week point, they crack and bunch up, and then the window regulator is bad. Another problem could be the window motor. The motor and regulator are separate pieces, so you don’t need to replace the entire assembly; you can replace one or the other and transfer the good parts to the new part. If the window motor stops working then it’s an easier fix, 3 bolts hold the motor to the regulator, unplug it, and bolt the new window motor on.
