It was pretty easy and straight forward, if you can change your own oil, then you can do this as well.
This video just describes a basic drain and fill of the radiator, it drained about 1.25gal and the entire system is about 2.9gal. So, you can certainly do a few flush cycles with distilled water and/or do another drain and fill of the radiator after driving around a bit.
