i rev’d it, unnecessary, but the car was new to me at the time and i
enjoyed it
very good, helping one view at a time ha
Where is this sensor located on the front or on the back of the car ? Just
replaced a headlight that got water on it and this sensor won’t disappear
=[ it’s driving me nuts
Thanks that’s help.
@Jspekz no more blinking light, that thing can be rather annoying..
that bracket is shaped like an “L” and where both pieces meet (held by the
10mm bolt) is the point of interest, in the video around min 1:01 if you
look at it, it looks like an “L” that is backwards and rotated 90 degrees
counterclockwise, this is the position it needs to be in, when you replace
the shocks that is moved an it looks like an “L” that has been rotated 90d
counterclockwise, just remove the bolt and place it in the correct
position, hope that helps you out.
You said “…check it out how it is and you adjust it.” I’m not
understanding this. I fyou could be so kind, can you elaborate a little?
Thanks
Thanks.. No more stupid afs light.. 🙂
i posted a link in the description for a picture, this is where both hight
ride sensors are located, one is in the rear driver side (the one shown in
video) and the other is in the front driver side.
Thanxs man I’ll try it today…
the sensor is in the rear driver side suspension area, hope that helps
i had no problem with the left
i take it the video helped? good to hear. ill try and make a more detail
video, just need to find to time to edit the footage.
Adjust the left front height sensor also not just rear.
Lowered my car with K-sports and I’m having the AFS issues so you saying
just doit the same way, the way you did it so it will be back to normal? No
more Blinking AFS light after?
Did you rev the car at the beginning or does the car do that by itself?
Stupid video sucks ass
@stunt10104 So when I try to adjust the back sensor on the back driver side
I should have the car on a rack? and then adjust it?
Hello, I also have a Lexus IS250 but its a base model with no adjusting
headlights, so if I lower my IS this is something I don’t have to worry
about right? Just want to confirm since you already lowered you IS. Thanks
in advance for your help.
Okay thanks Do I have to adjust both sides of the suspension ?
if that is the case, I would say your okay.
