Was your control panel flashing?
What model Lexus? I have a 99 Avalon that only blows hot air, i assume its stuck in the heat position…
How do you get to them ????
Did this fix the heater issue?
I currently have a 2014 Lexus ES300H , and no matter what setting the AC will always blow cold air out the vents
Super common for these actuators to fail and most of them do the “hunting” thing which is super annoying
