Thank you for this video. I am going to replace my starter tomorrow. I have a 1995 es300. I was reading the manual it said to remove the cruise control to get at the starter. I really didn’t want to do that. Since the 95 and 99 have a similar layout. I will be taking out the air filter like you did.
