I had the customer purchase these complete struts from rock-auto, they’re $98 each complete from Monroe. I like them because they provide an additional coil from the stock spring so it gives the Lexus a nicer firm ride in the rear.
This can be done with basic tools, and a breaker bar. it helps to have a second person to help with this job but it can be done alone, it’ll just be harder to align everything.

You mention that the suspension new suspension is stiffer and give a better performing ride. Can I ask the brand, I have hate how sloppy the car handles but haven’t been able to find much to her with this car.
